Sales Executive (Ahmedabad, Gujarat)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with a background in IT services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, presenting IT service offerings, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to business growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Assist the sales team in lead generation and prospecting by using various online and offline tools and methods like cold calling , emails, events etc.
  2. Identify potential clients and establish relationships to understand their needs and requirements.
  3. Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  4. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
  5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  6. Achieve annual and quarterly revenue targets
  7. Suggest upgrades and services that may be of interest to clients.
  8. Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  9. Develop sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  10. Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes.
  11. Remain in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
  12. Proven track record of USD 50k per year.

Qualification & Skills

Mandatory

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT services sales
  2. Strong command of verbal and written communication.
  3. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  4. Excellent interpersonal, networking, and presentation skills.
  5. Strategic thinking and a solution-oriented mindset.
  6. Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  7. Great networking skills with the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
